Overcoming Postpartum Depression with Chelsea Dischinger

February 24, 2022

Postpartum depression is so often a hidden struggle for new moms. They feel like they shouldn’t feel like this. They feel like there is no way they could possibly be depressed. They feel like they should just snap out of it.

Today’s guest, Chelsea Dischinger, felt just like that. After suffering from depression for far too long after the birth of her two daughters, she wants to share with other women so they don’t suffer in the way that she did.

Chelsea is a blogger, speaker and aspiring author who is known for her tough-love approach and simple strategies. She is not interested in fancy formulas or the newest fad, but wants to share real advice that works in the midst of your busy schedule and even on your bad days.
